When your BrickWood Ovens order arrives, immediately check your delivery to ensure every part is accounted for. Once you have inspected your delivery, immediately repackage your order in the shipping box until you are ready to use / install the ordered parts. If possible, reseal the box with shipping tape.This is to prevent the Missing Parts Fairy from visiting your home!
After 30 days (from the date of your order), misplaced parts will need to be repurchased from BrickWood Ovens.
