Just wrapped up my oven and now doing the curing fires. I’ve seen it in the forums about how in the Mattone ovens, it may be best to push the coals from side to side (as opposed to pushing them in the back of the oven) so you can continue to reheat the hearth and have a live flame roll over the top of the oven to better cook the top of the pizza…anyways, I was curious what people use to push the coals from side to side? Any advice would be appreciated!
