I’m reaching out to the group to inquire if anyone has a source for a clay or terracotta rope molding. I prefer it be unglazed and obviously the color of brick. I’m hoping to install it just underneath the cap brick of the chimney as I have an odd space there and thought a molding could look nice. It can be anywhere from 1" to 1.5" wide.

I wasn’t able to find clay or terracotta. There is a lot of ceramic glazed rope trim available. Unglazed, we’d need to dig deeper.
But how about travertine?
I’m sure there are other possibilities, but there’s one to consider.
