Apparently, I discarded the foam chimney forms when I unpacked. How do I order replacment chimney foam forms?

Oh no! I had a similar problem when my beloved was straightening up my construction materials and mistook the chimney form pieces for packing materials.
I’ll flag your request so @BrickWood sees it. Their web site is about to go to a new platform and there may be problems with that messaging system.
In the meantime, don’t let the missing form stop you. You don’t need the chimney form to be in place until you get to the two courses on either side of the final course at the very top. By the time you arrive there, I trust you will have the form in hand.
