Hybrid Brick Oven

About one year ago I saw an advertisement for a hybrid brick oven. You could cook in it with wood or it also had a propane option. On top of that there was a smoker function; also a way to add steam too.

I have poked around and cannot seem to find anything that has those. By any chance do any of you know what this product is?

  1. Honestly - it does not ring a bell (I subscribe to all the pizza oven brands / newsletters, and I’ve seen nothing like what you described).

  2. Google - if it’s not ranking high on the Google machine, it’s not too popular. But not everything is listed on Page 1 of Google. There are many gold nuggets on Pages 2 - 10…
