It’s been super hot this summer but decided to fire it up again. First one looked great snd tasted good second looked bad tasted amazing. It had a better crisp on the crust. Love this oven.

It’s all about the flavor. There was a time that my pizzas came out square. Don’t know how I did that but that are getting rounder with more practice.
