So I have begun my oven build and I have a few questions before I move forward. So for the oven floor I plan on building that using two slabs vs the three and I wanted to make sure my measurements are correct. I have drawn up plans that show my calculated dimensions. Do these look correct for the insulating floor? These are based on using 2x6 forms. Is there somewhere that states the insulating base cutouts exact dimensions?
Also for my insulation mix, I was told to get “DRYSTALL” as it is made up of vermiculite, but I got “STALL DRY” and it is made up of “diatomaceous earth & montmorillonite” so will that work the same as vermiculite or perlite?
