The Peterson Family Wood Fired Brick Pizza Oven in Florida
Our BrickWood Oven is completed & have already cooked a several meals in it. I was both surprised & delighted at how great they tasted! So far we have done the pizza (which is a no-brainer because everyone does pizza) but we have also done mussels in a red sauce, it’s called mussel soup & since it cooks in 18 cloves of garlic the smell is fantastic & people all over the lake pull-up in their boats waiting for a hand out. Then we have done lobster rolls & crab with drawn butter. As you can tell we love to cook & entertain & with our oven we found a perfect fit! Thanks again.
