What is the difference between the Mattone Barile, Mattone Barile Grande, Cortile Barile and the Mattone Cupola? How are the ovens different?

Mattone Barile - The Mattone Barile series oven is a Universal oven that is made with firebrick and high-temperature mortar. Not only can you can bake bread and pizza, but you can also smoke meat and BBQ on size-accommodating grill grates. You can leave the front opening OPEN for greater access to the entire oven or you can CLOSE the front of the oven a bit to help retain heat and force more smoke out of the chimney.

Mattone Barile Grande - Same as above, only 9" longer, 4" wider & 2" taller (inside dimensions).

Cortile Barile - This 5-piece, easy to assemble, cast-in-place wood fired oven is made with heat-retaining Castable Refractory. The Cortile Barile oven has a smaller front opening, lower ceiling (14"H), and elongated body. It is designed primarily as a bread and pizza oven. In terms of SqIn / footprint size, the Cortile Barile is exactly between the Mattone Barile and Barile Grande

Mattone Cupola - These monolithic (single piece) dome shaped bread & pizza ovens are made by casting the form with heat-retaining Castable Refractory.
