Why are the video directions different from the printed / downloaded directions?
Unlike printed instructions, videos can not be edited or updated very easily. When we develop a new technique or make a minor change, it’s easy to make the change in the printed directions… but video… no. It’s permanent.
While the videos are super awesome (and even AWESOMER videos are on the way!), we encourage you to build your oven base and oven to directions showcased on each oven page under “Instructions”.
And yes… we know that “Awesomer” isn’t a real word…
