When we designed the Cortile Barile foam mold, we made sure that we maximized every square inch of shippable space on a FedEx Ground truck. If the Cortile was 1 square inch bigger, it would have to ship via freight (and that is very pricey). So we have one size of Cortile and can’t make a bigger one as the cost of shipping the foams would be cost prohibitive.
If you need a bigger oven, you should check out the Mattone Barile Grande or the 36", 40" or 46" Mattone Cupola. Those ovens offer a larger cooking surface.
