The oven got put to some good use last night. We really did three main dishes in the oven, so I’m going to break this up into three posts just to get photos from each dish we started with chorizo and clams, then moved to Langostino‘s braised and butter, and then we finished a Wagyu tomahawk on the Tuscan grill. We also took the opportunity to Infused some olive oil with garlic, and then use it to make garlic bread. I mean, you can’t really have chorizo and clams without a nice bread to dip into the broth!
