Hi, I built a Mattone Barille oven last year and really love it. Now am wishing I’d provided for a gas burner. I did not make a hole for a burner, and can’t see how I would now. Does anyone have experience with retrofitting a connection through the side or back and using a surface-mounted burner? Thanks for your input. Don Loeb
